ENID, Okla. —
Joseph Wayne Hladik and Jennifer Lee Kruse were married at 1:30 p.m. May 5, 2012, at The Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception in Denver, Colo. Father Michael Bodzioch officiated.
Parents of the couple are John and Marcia Kruse, Selden, Kan., and Dennis and Sandy Hladik, Enid. Grandparents are F.W. “Bones” and Ruth Pieschl, Selden, Kan.; the late Lawrence and Josephine Kruse; Beatrice Hladik, Hennessey, and the late Henry Hladik; and Leroy Sparks, Enid, and the late Ruby Sparks.
Attending the bride were Renee Cash, Holly Creamer, Dawn Stuckey, Meg Nelson, Muffie Kruse, Kayla Meurisse, Kennedy Meurisse, Emery Benson-Hladik, Lindsey McCartney, Morgan McCartney, Carley McCartney and Grace Lohman.
The groom was attended by Ash Bowen, John Hladik, Greg Hladik, Stephen English, Jeremy Kruse, Grayson Nakamura and Luke Lohman.
Ushers were Kaden Meurisse, Corey Kenner and Travis Gower.
After a honeymoon trip to Munich, Germany, and Kalithea, Greece, the couple live in Stillwater.
