Thunder at 4 p.m.: Jackson back from 66ers

NORMAN, Okla. — Oklahoma City's Reggie Jackson got a good look at the Oklahoma highways in what turned out to be a busy weekend for the second year guard.

After sitting on the bench Friday to watch the Thunder defeat the Lakers late Friday night, Jackson was assigned to the Tulsa 66ers in the D-League on Saturday morning. In a game that night against the Vipers, he finished with 20 points, 11 assists and six rebounds. Jackson was then recalled back to Oklahoma City  Sunday in time to be in uniform against the Indiana Pacers.

Jackson came into the season battling Eric Maynor for the backup point guard position. But with Oklahoma now getting strong play from its top four backcourt players, coach Scott Brooks has not been able to find him the minutes needed to develop.

Jackson has appeared in 10 games for Oklahoma City this season, averaging 1.8 points and 1.0 rebound in 5.6 minutes.
