Oakwood to hold
10-under play day
Oakwood Country Club tennis pro Jim Shaughnessy will hold a 10-under indoor informal play day Monday.
No skills are necessary to participate in the play day, which will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Rackets will be provided, if needed. There will be “kid friendly’’ rules with court monitors and helpers to ensure the players are staying somewhat organized.
After play, there will be prizes, pizza and a movie.

Swimming to be shown
on High School Express
Highlights of this weekend’s state swimming championships will be shown on the “Oklahoma High School Sports Express,’’ at 10:30 p.m. Sunday on KOKH (Channel 8, Suddenlink).
Pond Creek-Hunter product Van Shea Iven is the show’s host.
