Oklahoma doesn’t lose at home: The Sooners have won 29 straight games in Norman.
The Sooners have throttled the Cowboys in the career series: The Sooners lead 80-16-7.
Las Vegas bookmakers love OU: The Sooners are 10-point favorites.
Nobody outside of Cowboy Nation believes Oklahoma State will win Saturday’s Bedlam game.
Except the Cowboys.
Zac Robinson is expected to return after suffering head and shoulder injuries against Texas Tech. And after losing to the Sooners for three straight years, there is no team Robinson would rather beat than Oklahoma, especially in Norman.
But even if Robinson is unable to play, backup quarterback Brandon Weeden played admirably in the second half last week against Colorado. With his lively right arm, Weeden could pick apart an OU secondary that has been suspect at times this season.
The Sooners will be hard-pressed to contain the multi-talented Perrish Cox, whose kick return skills are unmatched in the college game. An early return for a score would set the momentum OSU’s way.
Oklahoma State 27, Oklahoma 20
