STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) — Keiton Page scored a game-high 22 points as Oklahoma State took an easy 80-58 victory over Prairie View A&M; on Tuesday night.
Page hit six of 10 from 3-point range and was joined in double figures by Matt Pilgrim and James Anderson, who each scored 15 points. Pilgrim also pulled down 12 rebounds.
Marshall Moses added 10 rebounds as the Cowboys (4-0) out-rebounded their opponents, 49-33.
Prairie View A&M; (2-2) got 16 points from Darnell Hugee, 12 from Alex Richman and 10 from Dorian McDaniel.
It was Oklahoma State’s 20th consecutive win at home against non-conference opponents.
