Enid’s Majors, after a rare day off, will be back in action tonight when they host Burkburnett, Texas, at 7 at David Allen Memorial Ballpark.
The Majors (21-8) have been as hot as the weather recently, winning eight of their last 10 games, including a 10-0 drubbing of Bartlesville Saturday.
Enid will travel to Ada Tuesday before hosting its Fourth of July Tournament beginning Thursday.
The Majors are 9-5 at home this season after splitting a weekend series with Bartlesville Friday and Saturday.
The game can be heard on KCRC Radio (1390 AM).
Both the Area and Enid AAA will travel to Edmond Santa Fe today.
The Enid AAA team (14-9), plays at 6. Coach Scott Baugh’s crew has won six of last eight games.
The Area AAA (14-11) will play at 8. Both teams are coming off losses to Newton, Kan., Saturday.
