Wheat Capital entry deadline July 27
Deadline to enter the July 30-31 Wheat Capital tournament at Meadowlake Golf Course is July 27. Cost to enter is $85, if registered by July 15, or $90 after July 15.
Top 10 Meadowlake Men’s Association finishers will be entered in the 2012 Ryder Cup qualifer and low overall receives an exemption to the 2012 Ryder Cup.
Entry fee does not include optional cart fee. Carts are not mandatory for this event. Entry includes fees, tournament prizes, food, tee prize and closest to the pin for both days. For more information, or to register, contact the Meadowlake Golf Course club house at 234-3080.
Meadowlake Stableford event today
Meadowlake Golf Course will hold a stableford scoring event tournament today. Cost to enter is $15. There will be a 1 p.m. shotgun start. Entry fee does not include cart and green fees. This is a net event that will be flighted by handicap. The Stableford scoring system will be used for this tournament. Pheasant Run junior clinics set
Pheasant Run Golf Club will have its junior clinics 10 a.m. to noon Tuesdays and Thursdays through July 28.
The clinics are for boys and girls ages 7-15. Cost is $20 per week. For information, call the pro shop at 233-2355.
Meadowlake couples league on
Couples league at Meadowlake Golf Course will be every Friday through Sept. 23. Tee-off time is 5:30 p.m. Cost to play is $45 per couple for non-members and $30 per couple for members.

Ranger Dugout Club golf set July 30
Third annual Ranger Dugout Club Golf Tournament, benefiting Northwes-tern Oklahoma State University baseball, will be July 30 at Alva Golf and Country Club.
The two-man best-ball 18-hole scramble will have a 9 a.m. shotgun start. Tournament field is limited to 36 teams. Cost is $80 per person or $160 per team and includes entry fee, green fee, lunch, beverages, cart rental, complimentary gifts and team photo. Entry deadline is July 14.

Dates set for Enid city junior golf
Dates have been set for the Enid city junior golf championship.
The annual tournament will be held Aug. 10 at Oakwood Country Club and Aug. 11 at Meadowlake Golf Course.
Players can sign up at either Oakwood or Meadowlake.
Age groups include 9-11 boys and girls, nine holes; 12-12-13 boys and girls, nine holes; 14-15 girls, nine holes; 14-15 boys, 18 holes; and 16-17 boys and girls, 18 holes.
