ENID, Okla. — Pioneer boosters to hold

3-4 grade tournament



Pioneer Sports Boosters will hold a third- and fourth-grade boys and girls basketball tournament March 9-10 at the new PHS gym. Second-graders can play up if needed.

There will be a three-game guarantee for all teams. Games will consist of two 15-minute periods with a continuous clock until the two-minute mark of each half.

There is no entry fee. Recreational, travel, school and pickup teams are all eligible to play. Trophies will be given to the champion and runner-up in each division.

Games will not start until after 1 p.m. March 10 to allow for church service. A weekend pass will be offered. A full concession stand will be available.

All proceeds go to Pioneer High School athletics.

Chisholm After Prom

to hold volleyball fete



Chisholm High School 2013 After Prom Committee is holding a volleyball tournament at 10 a.m. Feb. 2 at the multipurpose room at Chisholm Middle School.

 This tournament is open to anyone (students, teachers, parents, alumni, etc.) wishing to participate.

 All teams must consist of three males and three females.

  The entry fee is $10 per player and includes a drink and snack. Entry forms are located at CHS and all teams entry forms must be turned in by 3 p.m. Monday. Due to bracket play, no late entries will be accepted. For information, call (580) 747-6108.
