old Enidite — Almost seems like a joke. $250,000 for the landmark building? Very vague all around.
dennis — who cares what it sold for or the terms of the sale or the number of attempts at selling it. the sale was a private transaction between the sellers and buyer. at least the city was not involved in anyway
