Voters in Garber will decide Tuesday whether to raise the town’s sales tax by 1 percent.
The money raised would be used for police, fire, municipal court and city administration. It would be in addition to a 2 percent sales tax is dedicated to buildings, streets and general infrastructure maintenance
If the tax is approved, the total town sales tax in Garber will be 4 percent.
