ENID, Okla. —
In Thursday’s paper (front page article), Mr. Jim McClain is quoted as saying he doesn’t know why water consumption is up.
May I suggest that because of the low pressure, it takes much longer to get hot water from the tank to the faucet.
Therefore, more water is wasted getting a useable temperature to wash dirty hands with, or anything else that cold water just will not work for.
