ENID, Okla. —
Wondering what folks in Enid are thinking about double-dealing Gov. Mary Fallin coming to our fair city to “blow smoke in our ear”?
It truly was a false trip and comments from the governor as she already had her plan in place to close Northern Oklahoma Resource Center of Enid, plus the Southern Oklahoma Resources Center in Pauls Valley.
The governor had control to stack the Oklahoma Commission for Human Resources board to vote to close NORCE and SORC.
The action of the Oklahoma Commission for Human Services Chairman Wes Lane to not allow state Sen. Patrick Anderson to speak at the Nov. 1, 2012, meeting was a very undemocratic act.
I think the Oklahoma Commission for Human Resources Chairman Wes Lane and Gov. Fallin should be ashamed for their action.
Do you think the governor owes the folks in Enid an apology?
