ENID, Okla. —
Kudos to Jack Comstock regarding his letter to the editor in the Enid News & Eagle, dated Nov. 29, 2012, entitled “Hoping the GOP keeps running on its platform.”
Jack placed a dagger in the heart of the Republican Party. The only thing the “Anti-Republican Party” can boast about is being the conservative or “no” party.
Now we have Republican Gov. Fallin turning down the ability to assist poor Oklahomans via the medicare provisions to create a state insurance plan.
Now that same governor is refusing to comply with state laws to avoid the open records act.
Does this position remind you of another Republican above the law — Richard Nixon?
