Theodore 'Theo' Rogers Anderson

Enid, OK — Theodore (Theo) Rogers Anderson, 18, of Oklahoma City, Okla., died Wednes-day, Nov. 11, 2009, in Roch-ester, Minn., following a long struggle with mental illness.

Theo was a mus-ician, a writer, a lyricist and a poet.

He was accepting of, and kind to, all people and a good friend to those he knew. He loved music, words, laughter and people.

He was a very gentle spirit and a wonderful son, grandson, nephew and cousin.

Theo was predeceased by a brother, Robert, and a sister, Emma.

He leaves his parents, Wayne and Janet Anderson of the home, grandmother, Barbara Anderson of Miami, Okla., and grandfather R.L. Rogers of Enid, Okla. Theo also leaves his uncle Thomas Anderson of Miami, Okla., and Uncle Bob and Aunt Leilani Rogers and cousin, Chandler Rogers of Enid, Okla.

Memorial service will be 11 a.m. today, Nov. 19, 2009, in the Chapel of Crossings Community Church, 14600 North Portland Avenue, Oklahoma City, Okla.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to: Mayo Clinic, Theodore Anderson Memorial Fund for adolescent, bipolar research, 200 First Street SW, Rochester, MN 55905.
