KINGFISHER — Funeral for Harold “Heap” Hogan will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, at First United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Kingfisher Cemetery under direction of Sanders Funeral Service. Military rites will be by Kingfisher American Legion Post No. 5.

Heap was born Sept. 17, 1923, in Weatherford, Okla., to Frank and Georgia (Beatty) Hogan and died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, in Cimarron Nursing Center.

He married Margaret Baker July 1, 1950.

Surviving are his wife, Margaret, of the home; sons Terry of Guthrie and Mike of Oklahoma City; and daughter Vicky of Charlotte, N.C.

He was preceded by his parents and eight siblings.
