HENNESSEY —
Funeral for George W. Rains, 78-year-old Hennessey resident, will be 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, at Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Terry Bunch will officiate. Burial will follow in Hennessey Cemetery.
He is survived by daughter, Patty Rains of Hennessey; son, Richard Rains and wife Darci of Yukon, Okla.; six grandchildren, Jaid, Chantel, Haven, Preston, Tiasha and Sam; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Leon Idlett of Oklahoma City and John Rains of Hennessey. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as his special friend Jean Scruggs of Hennessey.
