    Funeral service for Candice L. Lorenz will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 24, 2012, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Ray Rose officiating. The family will receive friends from noon until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
    Candice was born Nov. 10, 1990, in Enid, Okla., the daughter of Jeff and Tracy Livingston Lorenz and passed away Sunday, May 13, 2012, at The University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
