ENID, Okla. — VALLEY CENTER, Kan. — Norma Louise (Simons) Long, 80, retired Learjet sheetmetalist, passed away Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012. She was born in Ringwood, Okla., to Leslie and Ruby (Beckner) Simons.

She is survived by her husband, Zechariah “Jack” Long; daughters, Teresa Jones and Beverly Houston; son, James Long; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Preceded by her daughter, Sharon Nichols; parents, Leslie and Ruby Simons; brother, Wilbur Simons; sisters, Clara Farrington and Shirley Simons.

Service 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, in Resthaven Cemetery, 11800 W. Kellogg, Wichita. Arrangements by Baker Funeral Home, 100 S. Cedar Valley Center, Cedar Valley Kan.
