ENID, Okla. —
BUHLER, Kan. — Memorial services for R. Cornelsen, 85, of Buhler, Kan., originally of Fairview, will be at a later date. Arrangements by Fairview Funeral Home Inc.
He was born in Orienta, Okla., on Sept. 19, 1927, to Peter G. and Lydia Harder Cornelsen and died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at Buhler Sunshine Home.
He is survived by wife, Doris; daughter, Candi Sawatzky of Buhler; son, Jim Cornelsen of Wellston, Okla.; sister, Clara Bowen; three grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; three-great-grandchildren; and six stepgreat-grandchildren.
Memorials may be sent to Major County Senior Citizens with the Fairview Funeral Home acting as custodian.
