ENID, Okla. — RINGWOOD — Janina Faythe Tooker was born March 19, 1937, in Mechanicsburg, Ohio, to Fay Herbert Tooker and Virginia Gustava Brubaker Tooker and passed from this life Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, in Ringwood.

Faythe was a licensed practical nurse at St. Mary’s OB.

Survivors include her daughter, Jenipher; sister, Carlos; grandchildren, Courtney and Clinton; and great grandchild, Calista.

Those who preceded Faythe in death include son, Jeff Erwin; parents; brother, Joe; and sister, Suzanne.

Faythe requested cremation and no memorial service. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home Inc.

Memorials may be given to the funeral home on behalf of the family.
