WAUKOMIS — The funeral for Marie M. Stevison, 84, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2010, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Danny Marney will officiate. Burial will be in Covington Cemetery.
She was born March 16, 1925, in Sparks to John and Alta Green Lane and died Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010.
She married W.G. “Pete” Stevison in Sparks in 1939.
She had lived in Waukomis since 1974. She was a homemaker and worked as a caregiver until she retired.
Surviving are four daughters, Betty Mock of Woodland, Colo., and Barbara Mock, Phyllis Stevens and Pam Struble, all of Enid; two sisters, Frances Burleson and Juanita Taylor of Salem, Calif.; 17 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Pete, one son and three daughters.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, diabetes division.
