The landfill, recycling center and Enid Transit also will be closed Thursday. The landfill will be 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, and trash collection will resume the regular schedule. City offices, Enid Transit and the recycling center will be closed Friday.
Public Library of Enid and Garfield County will be closed Wednesday through Sunday for the holiday and to complete installation of new management software.
