Enid author to sign book at library
Enid author Albert W. Fields will sign copies of his book, “Joseph’s Chapel,” at an event Saturday at Public Library of Enid and Garfield County.
The book signing will be 1-3 p.m. at the library, 120 W. Maine.
The book follows the story of Joseph, whose uncanny knowledge of land and its properties has made him a prodigy at his job as a developer.
He takes on a project on a Hopi reservation and is faced with his past and thrust into his future — as the legendary protector of the Hopi Living Waters.
Davinci’s to show photographs of J.E. Glaze
Davinci’s Coffee House will host a gathering to show the photography of artist J.E. Glaze from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, by the art wall.
The showing is free and open to the public. His work will be on display throughout the month of February.
Davincis’ is located at 2315 W. Willow, in the Willow Plaza shopping center.
BSA Good Scout Luncheon Feb. 19
The Boy Scouts of America Cimarron Council will host its third annual Good Scout Luncheon at noon Feb. 19 at Oakwood Country Club.
All proceeds will benefit the Boy Scouts.
Keynote speaker will feature Past Council President Mike Barnthouse. Good Scouts being honored are John Bowers III and John Groendyke.
