Key escapee apprehended in Elk City
A man who escaped from William S. Key Correctional Center Monday is back in custody and headed for tighter security, said Linda Eike, prison spokeswoman.
Richard Youtsey, 43, was apprehended by Key personnel about 3:15 p.m. Tuesday in Elk City. Authorities received a tip a vehicle in which he escaped dropped him off between Clinton and Weatherford. Authorities be-lieve a girlfriend may have helped him escape.
Youtsey was alone at the time he was caught. He had been confirmed missing at 9:15 a.m. Monday.
Eike said he will be taken to Crabtree Correctional Center in Helena and will face charges relating to the escape. Youtsey was sentenced in 2008 in Greer County for bogus checks, bail jumping and impersonating someone else to create liability. Online prison records indicate he was scheduled for release in 2027.

UPDATED photo- Silver Alert issued for missing Garfield County man
Garfield County authorities have issued a Silver Alert for an 88-year-old man who hasn’t been seen since leaving for church. The county sheriff’s office says Edward Sutter was last seen about 9:30 a.m. Sunday when he left home for 1st United Methodist Church in Enid. Sutter never arrived at the church. He was last seen driving a gray, 2003 Toyota Avalon. Authorities had initially said he was driving a Toyota Altima.
