ENID, Okla. —
Enid Public Schools Board of Education once again will be a full house after this evening’s meeting.
A volunteer will be appointed to complete the unexpired term of Colleen Arnold, who resigned in September after four years on the school board.
Amber Fitzgerald, human resources and communications director for EPS, said the name of the new school board member cannot be disclosed until the appointment. The meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at the Central Office, 500 S. Independence.
The agenda for the meeting is light. Members will discuss strategic planning for the current and future school years and consider declaring numerous items as surplus property for disposal.
An executive session will be held to discuss the collective bargaining agreement with Enid Education Association, then the board will vote to approve or disapprove the contract.
