ENID, Okla. —
A Seiling woman was injured Wednesday in a one-vehicle accident in Dewey County.
Jennifer Irene Tapaha, 19, was taken to Seiling Hospital with leg and head injuries, according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report, then transferred to Woodward Hospital in stable condition.
The accident happened at 12:39 a.m. on a county road in Dewey County.
According to the report, Tapaha was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Eliah Luke Biffle, 19, of Fairview.
Biffle lost control on the mud and slid off the road, rolling his vehicle one time.
Biffle was not injured.
Seat belts were not in use, according to the report, which listed “rain or wet roadway” as the cause of the accident.
