National Association of Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) will have a special meeting and speaker at Tuesday’s October meeting.
Kim Troy, senior government account representative for the federal plan of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Oklahoma, will provide information on 2013 premiums and benefits and answer questions.
