A Kremlin woman was injured Tuesday afternoon in a one-vehicle accident in northeast Garfield County.
Crystal Susan Basham, 25, was taken to St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center and admitted in critical condition, according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report.
The accident happened at 5:10 p.m. on Keowee Road, just east of Getty Road.
According to the report, Basham was driving a 1986 Buick Skylark east on Keowee Road, when her car went off the road and hit a culvert. She was pinned for about 55 minutes before being freed by Hunter Fire Department personnel.
The report lists Basham’s condition as “under the influence of medications.”
