Enid GLBT Association will mark International Transgender Day of Remembrance with a ceremony tonight.
The event will be 7 p.m. at 201 S. Oakwood. It is sponsored by Crosswalks United Church.
The names of transgender people killed this year will be read, and a candle will be lit for each person. A documentary addressing the issue transgender people face will be shown, and poetry and other creative works will be performed.
