Staff reports
The regular Enid City Commission meeting scheduled for today has been canceled.
City officials said by postponing the Nov. 3 meeting until Nov. 10, most pending issues have been addressed. The Nov. 3 meeting was postponed so commissioners could address final bids and a loan request for an automated metering system for Enid water meters.
At the Nov. 10 meeting a number of Enid residents questioned a proposed livestock ordinance that eliminated the grandfather clause for livestock kept on Enid property and established lot size rules for keeping livestock.
