Fairview will host the Major County Health Fair on Thursday at the Exhibit Building of Major County Fairgrounds.
Events will take place 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
There will be free health screenings and health-related educational sessions available courtesy of local businesses and health services. Linda Knak, attorney, will start the educational sessions with the first one-hour session at 9 a.m.
The fair is coordinated by Fairview Regional Medical Center, Fairview Home Health, Fairview Fellowship Home, Major County Okla-homa State University Coop-erative Extension Service, Major County Health De-partment and Northwest Technology Center Health Careers Department.

The 58th annual Free Fly-In and Air Show will be Saturday at the airport north of Fairview. The local flight club sponsors a pancake breakfast, plus lunch for pilots, guests and the public.
The fly-in draws private pilots from all over the country. There will be an air show at 1 p.m. by professional stunt pilots.
