The Oklahoma Music Teachers Association held its junior auditions Oct. 24 at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church. The following students were announced winners and will perform at the OMTA West District Conference Nov. 21 at Oklahoma City Commun-ity College. Winners include:
Grades 3-4: Sarah Reilly, piano (Patty Ann Tate, teacher).
Grades 5-6: Brandon Kang, piano (Lois Janzen, teacher).
Grades 7-8: Hyunji Do, piano and flute (Patty Ann Tate, teacher); Grace Youn, flute (Patty Ann Tate, teacher).
Honorable mention was Emily Andrews, piano (Lois Janzen, teacher).
