A man fell off the roof of an Enid home Thursday and was taken to a local hospital.
The man apparently was working at noon on the roof of a home at 2101 W. Broadway.
Kevin Tuohy, 53, said he was sitting in his home across the street, when he heard commotion.
“I was in my living room and I could hear someone going, ‘Woah! Woah! Woah!’” Tuohy said.
When he looked outside, he saw the man laying on his right side in front of the garage. By then, EMS personnel were attending to him.
Tuohy said the man was put in a neck brace before being transported.
The fall, he estimated, was about 8 or 9 feet.
Fire Marshal Ken Helms did not have information on the man’s identity, age or whom he worked for. His condition also was unknown as of press time.
