The first meeting of Metro Area Fraud Investigators Association (MAFIA) will be 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Cherokee Strip Conference Center in the Prairie Buckskin Room.
The program brings together representatives from federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, retail merchants, check cashing facilities, insurance agencies and others to exchange information aimed at reducing losses to fraudulent activity.
