Elementary basketball play day will be Saturday at Medford. The girls will play Wakita at 10:30 a.m. and Medford at noon. The boys will play those same teams at 11:15 a.m. and 12:45 p.m., respectively.

Northwestern Oklahoma State University Ranger Preview Day will be 9 a.m. Saturday. Any high school senior who attends and is admitted to Northwestern as a full-time student at the Alva campus will receive a $400 scholarship for attending. Community Bank also will have a drawing to receive an additional $500 scholarship.

Representatives from several colleges will be at DCLA to talk to students in the next couple of weeks.
Northern Oklahoma Col-lege’s representative Emily Beier will visit with seniors Nov. 12. NWOSU’s Travis Biaggi, will be at the school Nov. 17 and a Spartan College of Aeronautics representative will be at the school Nov. 18.
