Phillips University Alumni and Friends Association will host a gathering for alumni and friends of Phillips 1-3 p.m. Nov. 7 in Montgomery Hall of the Gantz Center.
The event will feature visitation, light snacks and a tour of the renovated Marshall Building, including Bivins Chapel. A silent auction will be held during the event, featuring gifts from foreign students who attended Phillips Univer-sity during the 1940s, ’50s and ’60s.
More than 50 items will be offered, including articles from China, Congo, Ethiopia, India, Jamaica, Korea and Mexico. All alumni, former students, faculty and staff, and friends of Phillips University are invited to attend.
