Rick Lorenz Construction Co., of Enid, will begin phase two of the reconstruction of four blocks of Pine from Taylor to Van Buren.
On Monday, demolition of Pine will begin depending on weather. Phase two of the project will close Pine to all through traffic. Completion of the project is expected to take five to six weeks.
The street is being reconstructed as part of the 2008 Local Street Program.
