Road and bridge work will mean the closing of a couple of Enid streets starting Monday.
The city of Enid will close East Market just east of 54th to begin bridge repairs as part of the general obligation bond bridge improvement project. The bridge will be closed for approximately 90 days.
Through traffic on Market will be detoured to U.S. 412. Enid Woodring Regional Airport should be accessed using 66th.
Also Monday, Morton Construction, of Stillwater, will close Monroe between Garriott and Park.
Construction is expected to take approximately one week, weather permitting. This street will be closed to through traffic.
