Area woman is pinned 2 hours after accident
A Kingfisher woman was injured and taken to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City Saturday morning following a one-vehicle crash that left her pinned for two hours.
Janel Marie Glazier, 38, was southbound on a county road two miles north of Loyal when she lost control of her vehicle, ran off the roadway and struck a corner fence post, according to OHP reports.
According to the report the vehicle then went into a broad slide, skidding across the intersection, striking a stop sign, striking another fence corner post and then striking a utility pole before coming to a rest.
Glazier was not wearing her seatbelt and the cause of the crash was reported as unsafe speed.
Glaz-ier was transported by Eagle Med to OU Medical Center, where she was admitted in good condition with head, arm and external trunk injuries.
The OHP report said the accident occurred at 3:30 a.m. but was not reported until 4 a.m.

UPDATED photo- Silver Alert issued for missing Garfield County man
Garfield County authorities have issued a Silver Alert for an 88-year-old man who hasn’t been seen since leaving for church. The county sheriff’s office says Edward Sutter was last seen about 9:30 a.m. Sunday when he left home for 1st United Methodist Church in Enid. Sutter never arrived at the church. He was last seen driving a gray, 2003 Toyota Avalon. Authorities had initially said he was driving a Toyota Altima.
