A Jet man died Thursday after his pickup went off an Alfalfa County road into a creek and he was trapped in six feet of water.
Jack Steven Bennett, 42, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report. He had been pinned in the wreck for nearly four hours.
The accident happened at 4:50 p.m. two miles north and one-half mile east of Goltry on a county road, according to the report.
