Central Christian Church, 1111 W. Broad-way, will host its monthly cancer support group 4-5:30 p.m. Thursday.
This support group is for people who have been diagnosed with cancer, are in treatment or are survivors and provides ongoing spiritual support for all cancer patients and their caregivers.
Each month, Central Christian Church opens its facilities to cancer patients and cancer survivors, their families and caregivers. Anyone with a cancer diagnosis or with a family member who is a cancer survivor or undergoing treatment is encouraged to join with others at this support group meeting.
The meeting will help participants discover resources and support to deal with the challenges of cancer.
