Four people were injured in a two-car crash east of Watonga about 12:05 p.m. Sunday.
Kayli L. Grove, 17, Hailey White, 16, Delores Ewers, 74, and Phillip Ewers, 81, were all hospitalized following the accident.
Grove was taken to the Watonga hospital with head injuries and was admitted for observation. White was taken to OU Medical Center with head and neck injuries and was listed in serious condition.
