Two area Chrysler or Jeep dealerships will be affected by the proposed closing of more than 780 Chrysler franchises as the company seeks to emerge from bankruptcy.
Jackson’s of Enid (formerly Johnson’s) is not on the list.
Janzen, Inc. in Enid will be affected regarding its Jeep franchise. Janzen also is a GMC dealership.
Jensen’s in Fairview will also be affected.
Also in the area, Stillwater Motor Company and Wilson Chevrolet in Stillwater are on the list of dealership closings.
Twelve Oklahoma Chrysler/Jeep dealerships are on the closing list.
