According to an OHP report, Wagner was riding a 2006 Buell motorcycle about 9:33 p.m. south on Oklahoma 132 when he was struck by a 2003 Toyota Highlander driven by Christopher Todd Kuyken-dall, 17, of Enid, who was northbound and was attempting to pass another vehicle.
Kuykendall was taken by Life EMS to St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center and was admitted with head injuries. He was listed in stable condition.
According to the report, the cause of the collision and the condition of the driver both remain under investigation. The report states fog was present at the time of collision. Wagner was wearing a helmet and Kuykendall was wearing his seat belt.
The crash closed a portion of Oklahoma 132 for several hours as troopers investigated the collision.
