The town of Okeene will host a spring blood drive 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday at Okeene Masonic Lodge. Pizza and roast beef sandwiches will be served. Donors also will be entered in a drawing for a large supreme pizza from T-Mac’s, Okeene’s smokehouse and grill.

Okeene Elementary School’s third-grade class will hold a land run at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the football field.

Okeene Elementary School’s fourth-grade class will travel to Watonga on Thursday for a Blaine County farm project.

Pre-kindergarten enrollment is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday at Okeene Elementary School. All children who are age 4 by Sept. 1 are eligible to enroll. Parents or guardians are requested to bring the up-to-date immunization record, Social Security card and official birth certificate.
