Maternity consignment sale Thursday
The second Just Between Friends children’s and maternity consignment sale starts Thursday.
Just Between Friends of Enid & Ponca City hosts a children’s and maternity consignment sale twice a year in Enid, one in the spring and once in fall.
The spring sale is noon to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 1-6 p.m. Saturday at Chisholm Trail Expo Center. Saturday will be 50 percent off sale day.
There is a $2 admission the first day. All other days are free.
Kristal Schlichting, of Billings, is coordinating the sale.
Schlichting became in-volved with Just Between Friends when she was pregnant with her daughter, Cheyenne, according to the Just Between Friends Web site.
“I attended the half price day of the Wichita spring sale event,” Schlichting wrote on the site. “I found out about the sale on Saturday and drove up there on Sunday. I was astonished with all the stuff and the prices. I found a swing, bath tub and sleepers in great shape for only $50.”
Item expected at the sale include baby accessories, furniture, strollers, clothes, toys, maternity, play equipment, cribs, play sets, shoes, books, family DVDs, car seats, nursery items, coats, costumes, baby carriers, activity mats, bassinets and high chairs.
The sale benefits, in part, Hope Outreach Parenting Ministry.
