Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center will host a talk and show-and-tell on the Dust Bowl at noon Wednesday in the center’s outreach space in Oakwood Mall, next to JCPenney. This brown bag event is free and open to the public.
Glen McIntyre, education coordinator of the heritage center, will give the talk.
People are welcome to bring an item connected with the Dust Bowl for the show-and-tell portion. McIntyre requested those interested in participating in the show-and-tell call 237-1907 so he can know how many items will be featured.
