Ringwood High School freshman FCCLA member Libby Regier placed first at the North Region STAR events in the junior division creed speaking and interpretation event.
The competition was Feb. 4 at Oakwood Christian Church in Enid. Regier will compete at the state level on March 27-28 in Stillwater.

Ringwood fifth-hour FCCLA mini-chapter organized a pizza lunch for seventh- through 12th-grade students as a fundraiser for Feed the Children, the national FCCLA outreach project this year. Ninety-five students and faculty members participated, raising $321 for Feed the Children.
