A video of all the students performing acts that represented good choices and bad choices was shown. The class then recited Matthew 5:16. Jett Thompson, the 12th member of the class, was ill and not present to perform.

Patty Means’ Hillsdale Christian School kindergarten class walked to the post office Jan. 9 as part of their study of community helpers. They mailed the letter while at the post office.
The students took their monthly mission trip Jan. 16 to Cherokee Manor. Each one made a bear holding a Bible with “Love Bears All Things” printed on the bear. After singing to residents and distributing the bears, the students visited Cherokee Police Depart-ment to learn about another community helper.
