Six area fire departments responded Wednesday morning to a grass fire that spread through a property at Leona Mitchell and Fox, destroying vehicles, ATVs and trailers in the yard.
Units from Enid, Waukomis, Pioneer-Skeleton Creek, Fairmont, Drummond and Vance Air Force Base fire departments responded to the blaze, which was reported at 10:31 a.m. at 4501 Leona Mitchell.
Firefighters stayed on scene for more than two hours dousing the flames.
